~2~Overview ~p~A web application automates occupational medical checkups for corporate customers, connecting employee records, partner clinics and a healthcare provider's internal services. ~2~The Challenge ~p~Employee lists and examination referrals were managed in Excel, while clinic assignments and documentation were handled manually. Individual lists could exceed 1,000 employees, increasing administrative workload and the risk of errors. Missing integration with the accounting system and internal services complicated billing and document processing.

~2~The Solution ~p~A B2B web application was delivered through business analysis, design, development, integration, testing and deployment. ~3~Employee Data Import ~p~The application imports employee lists from Excel and extracts names, dates of birth, locations and departments into a shared employee database. ~3~Clinic Assignment ~p~Employees are assigned to suitable partner clinics based on their city and the required examinations. Administrators can adjust assignments manually. ~3~Document Generation ~p~The system creates referrals, cover and guarantee letters, completion reports and invoices for individuals or company rosters. Documents can be transmitted via internal services. ~3~System Integration ~p~Data is exchanged with the healthcare organization’s internal services and the 1C accounting system for calculating service costs and accounting. ~3~Notifications ~p~Employees receive an SMS with the clinic name, appointment date and time after assignment. ~3~Reporting ~p~Reports are available on the number of examinations, types of services, branches and dates, with data export to Excel.
